Born in a small village near Nipani, Karnataka, Bharat Jain came from a humble farming background.
He began his journey in the construction industry in 1993, starting as a brick lifter on site, armed with determination, discipline, and an unwavering work ethic.
Through years of perseverance and hands-on experience, he progressed from labour contractor to civil contractor, and eventually established himself as a real estate developer. His growth was driven not only by hard work, but by his ability to foster trust-based relationships across all levels of the industry.
Rooted in humility and shaped by his agrarian upbringing, he earned respect from workers, partners, and clients alike. With a clear vision, he went on to build a credible and respected presence in Pune's real estate sector, known for integrity, consistency, and execution excellence.
Though he passed away on 09 June 2025, his principles and commitment to honest development continue to define and guide Suda Group.
